정상신 대전시교육감 예비후보가 대전 교육의 고질적 난제인 학력 저하와 사교육 의존 문제를 정면 돌파하기 위해 ‘대전형 책임학력 5대 공약’을 20일 발표했다.
정 예비후보는 2010년 이후 공식적인 학력 통계가 전무한 대전의 교육 현실을 ‘깜깜이 상태’로 규정하고, 데이터에 기반한 실력 중심의 공교육 혁명을 선언했다.
