충남 보령시가 인공지능(AI) 기술을 도입한 삼중 안부살핌 체계를 구축하고, 고독사와 사회적 고립 위험에 처한 취약계층 보호를 위해 행정력을 집중하고 있다.
보령시는 AI 반려로봇, AI 자동 안부전화, 전력 및 통신 데이터 분석 등 세 가지 맞춤형 방식을 병행해 복지 공백을 최소화하는 촘촘한 안전망을 운영 중이라고 밝혔다.
