포항상공회의소(회장 나주영)는 지난 20일 경북세무고등학교 세무회계과와 광고마케팅과 학생들을 대상으로 ‘직무맞춤 1Day 취업잡(Job) 캠프’를 개최했다고 밝혔다.
이번 캠프는 고등학생들의 취업 준비 수준에 맞춘 실전형 프로그램으로 구성됐다. 주요 내용은 ▲AI 활용 취업 준비 전략 ▲취업 컨설팅 ▲현직 인사담당자와 함께하는 모의 면접 ▲미니 취업 토크쇼 등으로 진행돼 학생들의 높은 관심을 받았다.
프로그램에 참여한 학생들은 “막연하게 느껴졌던 취업 준비 과정을 구체적으로 이해할 수 있었고, 실전 면접 경험을 통해 준비 방향을 설정하는 데 큰 도움이 됐다”고 소감을 전했다.
포항상공회의소 관계자는 “이번 캠프를 시작으로 지역 청년들이 체계적인 취업 준비를 통해 실질적인 취업 역량을 갖출 수 있도록 다양한 프로그램을 지속적으로 제공할 계획”이라고 말했다.
한편 청년일자리 로컬 솔루션 프로젝트는 정부의 청년고용 지원정책에 발맞춰 기업과 청년, 지역사회를 연계하고 지역 중소·중견기업의 청년 취업 확대를 유도하기 위해 경상북도, 포항시, 포항상공회의소가 공동 추진하는 사업이다.
