선린대학교(총장직무대행 전경국) 입학취업처 취업창업지원센터는 지난 21일 ㈜아이비잡스와 학생 취업 지원을 위한 상호협력 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
㈜아이비잡스는 구인자와 구직자를 연결하는 고용서비스 전문기업으로, 지역 유관기관과 협력해 지속적인 취업지원 서비스를 제공하고 있다.
이번 협약에 따라 양 기관은 학생들의 성공적인 취업을 위해 긴밀히 협력하며, 맞춤형 취업지원 서비스 제공을 비롯해 취업역량 강화 프로그램 운영, 미취업자 사후관리 등 다양한 지원사업을 추진할 예정이다.
최경숙 선린대학교 입학취업처장(간호학과 교수)은 “이번 협약을 통해 학생들에게 보다 체계적이고 실질적인 취업지원 서비스를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다”며 “앞으로도 유관기관과의 협력을 강화해 학생들의 취업 경쟁력 제고를 위해 적극 지원하겠다”고 말했다.
한편 선린대학교는 경상북도 RISE(지역혁신중심 대학지원체계) 사업과 대학혁신지원사업 등 각종 재정지원사업을 통해 재학생들의 취·창업 역량 강화에 힘쓰고 있다.
그 결과 2025 대학정보공시 기준 취업률 79.5%(2023년 8월·2024년 2월 졸업자 대상)를 기록하며 전국 전문대학 134개교 가운데 12위, 대구·경북 지역 전문대학 22개교 가운데 4위에 올랐다.
선린대학교는 앞으로도 유관기관과의 협력을 확대해 학생 맞춤형 취업지원 서비스를 지속 강화해 나갈 계획이다.

The Career and Entrepreneurship Support Center under the Admissions and Employment Office of Sunlin University (Acting President Jeon Kyung-guk) announced that it signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for mutual cooperation with Ivy Jobs Co., Ltd. on the 21st to support student employment.
Ivy Jobs Co., Ltd. is a specialized employment service company that connects employers and job seekers, providing continuous employment support services in cooperation with relevant local organizations.
Under this agreement, both organizations will cooperate closely to ensure students' successful employment. They plan to implement various support initiatives, including providing customized employment support services, operating employment competency enhancement programs, and managing follow-up care for the unemployed. Choi Kyung-sook, Dean of Admissions and Employment at Sunlin University (Professor of Nursing), stated, “We expect that this agreement will enable us to provide students with more systematic and practical employment support services,” adding, “We will continue to strengthen cooperation with relevant organizations to actively support the enhancement of students’ employment competitiveness.”
Meanwhile, Sunlin University is striving to strengthen the employment and entrepreneurship capabilities of its students through various financial support programs, such as the Gyeongsangbuk-do RISE (Regional Innovation-Centered University Support System) project and the University Innovation Support Project.
As a result, the university recorded an employment rate of 79.5% based on the 2025 University Information Disclosure standards (for graduates in August 2023 and February 2024), ranking 12th among 134 junior colleges nationwide and 4th among 22 junior colleges in the Daegu and Gyeongbuk regions.
Sunlin University plans to continue expanding cooperation with relevant organizations to continuously strengthen customized employment support services for students.
