올 1분기 채용 많았던 IT직종 TOP10

최근 IT인재 확보를 위해 기업들의 치열한 영입전이 벌어지면서, IT직종 종사자들의 몸값이 크게 오르는 등 기업들의 채용수요가 늘고 있는 것으로 보인다.

 
21일 잡코리아에 따르면 올 1분기 자사 사이트에 등록된 IT직무분야 채용공고 13만5000여 건을 분석한 결과, 전년 동기간 대비 무려 21.1% 증가했다.

 

이는 2019년 대비 2020년 증가율이 0.8%에 그쳤던 것에 비해 올해 들어 큰 폭으로 증가해 IT인재 확보에 나선 기업들이 늘어난 것으로 분석된다.

 

올 1분기 IT직종 인력 채용이 가장 많았던 업종으로는 △소프트웨어·솔루션·ASP(application service provider) 분야가 전체 IT직종 채용공고 비중의 21.2%를 차지해 가장 많았다.
