브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 허경영 국가혁명당 명예대표는 18일 경기도 고양시 행주산성에서 대통령선거 출마를 공식 선언하며 "당선되면 취임 2개월 안에 만18세 이상 모든 국민에게 1인당 1억원과 매월 국민배당금으로 150만원을 주겠다"는 파격적인 공약을 내세웠다.
허경영 대표는 이날 대선출정식은 남달랐다. 행주산성 정문에서 백마를 타고 장군 복장을 한 채 기자회견장에 등장했다. 이후 정장으로 갈아입은 뒤 빨간색 '행주치마' 입고 출마선언문을 낭독했다.
그는 "국민들은 출산, 생활, 취업 절벽에서 고통을 호소하고 있다"면서 "대통령에 당선되면 취임 2개월 안에 만 18세 이상 모든 국민에게 1억원을 지급하고 매월 150만원씩 평생 동안 국민배당금을 지급하겠다"고 공약을 내걸었다.
이어 "결혼수당 1억원, 주택자금 2억원, 출산수당 1인당 5000만원을 지급하는 등 국가혁명당의 33정책 패키지를 통해 출산율을 끌어올려 빈부격차를 해결하고 안보불안, 국민분열, 사회갈등을 모두 종식시킬 뿐 아니라 경제 선순환을 이룰 수 있다"고 강조했다.

예산 마련 방안에 대해선 한해 550조원 정도의 정부 예산을 70% 절약해 남긴 385조원과 교도소를 90% 줄이고 재산비례 벌금제로 바꿔 연간 100조원을 추가 확보할 수 있다고 했다. 또 탈세 방지책으로 200조원 세금을 더 걷으면 매년 785조원의 재원을 확보 할 수 있다고 했다.
그는 "국가에 돈이 없는 것이 아니라 도둑이 많은 것이다. 마땅히 국가의 부가 국민 모두에게 고르게 갈 수 있도록 법을 만들고 정책을 세워야 하는데 정치인들이 하지 않고 있다"며 "효율적으로 국가시스템을 바꾸고 국민이 자유롭게 행복한 삶을 살아가는 국가를 만들겠다"고 말했다.

허경영 대표는 또한 국민의힘과 통합 결렬을 선언한 안철수 국민의당 대표를 향해 단일화 경선도 제안했다.
그는 "안철수 대표는 이 나라의 보배고 기존 낡은 정치를 타파하고 진정 약자 편에서 약자를 대변하는 정치를 하는 참신한 정치지도자"라며 "비정하고 권모술수가 판치는 현실정치의 벽에 부딪히는 한계를 절감하며 참으로 안타깝게 생각한다. 하지만 어떤 난관에도 결코 포기하지 않고 새로운 정치를 실현하고자 하는 그 열망과 애국심을 진심으로 높게 평가하며 존경해 마지않는다"고 추켜세웠다.
그러면서 "국가혁명당과 국민의당이 정당 차원에서 서로가 추구하는 정책에 대한 토론과 국민의 뜻을 묻는 국민경선을 통해 단일화할 것을 정중히 제안한다. 존경하는 안 대표의 답변을 기다리겠다"고 덧붙였다.
허 대표는 이와함께 조선시대 장군 옷을 입은 채 왜구의 침략에 맞서 칼을 휘두르는 퍼포먼스도 보였다. 허경영 대표는 칼을 휘두르며 "이 나라는 내가 지키겠다"고 외치기도 했다. 기자회견장 뒤에는 "내가 이 나라를 지키겠노라"라고 적힌 대형 현수막과 '난세영웅 허경영'이라 적힌 현수막 등이 붙었다.

Regarding the budget plan, the government can secure an additional 100 trillion won a year by reducing the government's budget of about 550 trillion won by 90 percent and changing the prison to a property-proportional fine system. The government also said that if it collects 200 trillion won more in tax evasion, it can secure 785 trillion won in funds every year.
"It's not that there's no money in the country, there's a lot of thieves. "We need to make laws and make policies so that the wealth of the nation evenly goes to all the people, but politicians are not doing it," he said. "We will change the national system efficiently and create a country where people live a happy life freely."
