군에 따르면 수상자는 학력인정 문자해득교육을 받은 어르신으로, 추순임님(74세)은 특별상(도의회의장), 김삼기님(79세)은 최우수상(진흥원장), 김미자님(73세)는 우수상(진흥원장)을 각각 수상했다.
