(사)한국민족종교협의회(회장 이범창)는 10월 22일 10시부터 17시까지 서울 종로구 천도교 중앙대교당(종로3가 경운동)에서 전병훈의 단군천부경 공개 100주년을 기념하는 천부경학술대회를 문화체육관광부의 후원으로 개최한다. 이 학술대회는 오전 10시부터 이찬구 박사(민족종교협의회)의 사회로 1부 강연이 열린다. 먼저 기조강연으로 대산 김석진 선생(한학자)의 “천부경과 미래 100년”이 발표되고, 이어 특별초청강연으로 안경전 증산도 종도사의 “천부경의 깨달음과 원형정신”이 발표된다.
이어 오후2시부터 열리는 2부는 윤승용 박사(종교문화연구소 이사)의 사회로 김상일 교수(전 한신대)의 “천부경의 ‘수’개념과 비대칭의 문제”, 임채우 교수(국제뇌교육대학원 동양학과)의 “전병훈 천부경 연구의 배경과 100주년의 의의”, 이승종 교수(연세대 철학과)・홍진기 교수(가톨릭관동대)의 “감밝 이중나선: 단군으로 집약되는 고대 동아시아 문화철학의 원리”, 우실하 교수(항공대)의 “남북한 단군천진(영정)의 통일을 위한 제안(2)”이 각각 발표된다.
마지막 3부의 종합토론에는 윤승용 박사가 좌장으로 박병훈 박사(서울대 종교문제연구소), 이찬희 박사(대종교 시교사), 정호완 교수(대구대), 한재훈 교수(연세대) 등의 토론과 종합토론이 열린다. 이 학술대회는 천부경 전시회의 연계사업으로 열린다.
