경북교육청(교육감 임종식)은 잇따라 발생하고 있는 도내 학생 집단 감염에 따른 긴급 회의를 개최했다.
28일 경북도교육청에 따르면 도내 교육장, 직속기관장 각급 학교장을 대상으로 도내 코로나19 집단 발생에 따른 온라인 회의를 열었다.

최근 경북도에서는 지난 17일 영주지역 152명, 27일 김천지역 25명의 집단 감염이 발생해 우려가 확산되고 있다.
이에 경북도교육청은 회의를 통해 학사운영 지원 등 주요 방역 대책을 안내하였으며 특히 최근 집단 감염이 발생한 학교의 역학조사 결과를 통해 확인된 기본 방역 수칙 미준수(마스크 착용률 낮음), 이동수업으로 인한 학년/학급간 빈번한 접촉 사례를 안내해 동일한 원인으로 집단감염이 발생하지 않도록 당부했다.
임종식 교육감은 “머지않아 코로나19가 끝나기를 기원하면서 우리 모두 함께 긴장의 끈을 놓지 않고 이겨내 안전한 학교에서 학생들이 생활할 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 말했다.
