대구한의대 산학협력단, 이재훈법률사무소와 협약

대구한의대학교(총장 변창훈) 산학협력단(단장 박수진)이 법률자문을 위해 이재훈법률사무소(대표변호사 이재훈)와 협약을 맺었다.

지난 2일 대구한의대 산학협력단은 변호사 이재훈법률사무소와의 협약을 통해 산학관련 법률자문과 상호 협력체계 구축에 나선다고 밝혔다.

이번 협약은 대구한의대학교의 산학관련 원활한 업무 추진을 위한 법률적 자문과 지역의 사회적 경제 활성화를 위한 유기적인 협력체계 구축을 위해 마련되었다.

협약은 ▲대구한의대학교 산학협력단의 지적재산권 관련 법률자문 ▲대구한의대학교 교직원 및 재학생의 창업관련 법률자문 ▲대구한의대학교 산학협력단가 관련된 사업체의 법률 자문 ▲소송사무에 관한 위임 사항의 수행 ▲기타 양 기관의 상호 발전을 위한 사항 등을 주요골자로 한다.

박수진 산학협력단장은 "이번 협약을 통해 우리 대구한의대학교가 산학협력의 과정 중에 어려움을 겪는 법률적인 문제 해결 등 양 기관이 이 기회를 통해 상생의 기회가 되기를 바란다"고 밝혔다.
