경주대학교(총장 김기석) 전통연희학과와 음악학과가 지역민과 함께하는 문화공연을 펼쳤다.
경주대 전통연희학과와 음악학과는 경주 황성공원 타입 캡슐 공원 옆 특설무대에서 7일과 14일 두 차례에 걸쳐 공연을 진행했다.
이번 공연은 경주시의 2021년도 지역민과 함께하는 대학생 문화활동 지원 공모 사업의 일환으로 코로나19의 장기화로 지친 시민들에게 힐링의 시간을 통해 활력을 전하고자 마련되었다.

이날 전통 연희학과 정지수 외 4명은 사물놀이를, 음악학과 박상희 교수 외 6명은 피아노, 색소폰과 클라리넷 연주 및 소프라노 독주를 선보여 시민들의 큰 호응을 받았다.
전통 연희학과 정지수 학생은 “코로나 19로 지친 시민들과 문화 교류를 할 수 있어 영광이었고, 친구들과 함께 뜻 깊은 활동을 할 수 있어 좋았다.”라고 말했다.
이태균 경주대학교 사회봉사단장은 “지역 대학이 문화 활동 교류를 통해 코로나 19 장기화로 지친 시민들에게 힘이 되었으며, 앞으로도 다양한 문화활동을 통해 지역사회의 발전과 지역민에게 힘이 될 수 있도록 하겠다.”고 전했다.
