경북교육청(교육감 임종식)은 메타버스를 통해 가상 콘서트를 개최했다.
지난 22일 경북교육청이 메타버스에서 코로나19 극복을 위한 비대면노래 서바이벌 경연대회 ‘GTS054’에 선정된 최종 멤버 4인의 가상 콘서트를 개최했다고 밝혔다.
앞서 경북교육청은 온라인에서 ‘선생님이 노래하다! GTS054’를 진행해 폭발적인 반응을 이끈 가운데 최종 4인을 선정했다.

이어 이번 콘서트를 통해 그동안의 선생님들의 활동 모습을 담은 메이킹영상 및 GTS054 최종 멤버 4명이 함께 부르는 경북교육청 공식 음원 ‘함께해요 경북교육’영상 상영하고 이와 함께 선생님들의 소감 발표를 이어갔다.
이날 가상 콘서트에 참여한 참가자들과는 댓글로 소통하며 공연 마지막에 무대 위에 올라 함께 인증사진을 촬영하는 등 가상이라는 공간 속에서도 교육가족들과 함께 소통의 시간을 가졌다.
GTS054에 참여한 선생님들은 “동료 선생님들과 함께 화음을 맞춰 노래를 부르며 경북교육가족을 응원할 수 있어 좋은 경험을 했다”며, 교사 생활 중 기억에 남을 추억을 만들었다고 얘기했다.
경북교육청은 ‘GTS054’에 이어 경북 최고의 노래 실력을 가진 학생을 발굴하는 비대면 서바이벌 ‘스노파054(스튜던트 노래 파이터)’를 진행할 예정이다.
지난 21일 예선 모집이 마감되었으며, 예선 진출자 선정 후 온라인 투표를 통해 2022년 1월 중 최종 주인공을 선정하게 된다.
임종식 교육감은 “앞으로도 비대면 시대에 다양한 플랫폼을 활용해 선생님, 학생 등 교육가족들의 끼를 펼칠 수 있는 장을 마련하겠다”고 말했다.
