대구한의대, '경북 뷰티산업 활성화 포럼' 열어

대구한의대학교(총장 변창훈) 경상북도화장품산업진흥원(원장 강현재)과 (재)경북IT융합산업기술원(박성환)이 ‘경북 뷰티산업 활성화 포럼’을 개최했다.

24일 인터불고호텔(만촌)에서 K뷰티 클러스터 조성을 위해 개최된 경북 뷰티산업 활성화 포럼은 경상북도 뷰티산업의 시장지배력과 성장가능을 가늠하고, 화장품 및 뷰티디바이스 관련 지원사업의 성과홍보 및 확산, 뷰티기업의 성장 지원을 위한 기술?자금?시장과의 접점확보를 목적으로 마련되었다.

이날 행사는 대구한의대학교 변창훈 총장, 경상북도 하대성 경제부지사, 경산시 최영조 시장을 비롯하여 경산시의회 이기동 의장, 경상북도 오세혁 의원, (재)경북IT융합산업기술원 박성환 원장, 대구연구개발특구본부 오영환 본부장, 중소벤처기업진흥공단 박성환 경북남부지부장, 환동해산업연구원 전강원 원장 등 경상북도 뷰티산업의 발전을 위하여 최일선에서 노력하는 기관의 관계자들이 참석했다.

이번 포럼은 단순 포럼이 아닌 그 간의 지역 뷰티산업 지원정책을 통한 기업의 성과 홍보, 코로나19 상황속에서 기업이 겪게 될 애로사항과 기업성장을 위한 다양한 컨설팅, 산?학?관 함께 K뷰티 클러스터 조성을 통한 경북 뷰티산업 활성화 결의 등이 이어졌다.

변창훈 총장은 “대구한의대학교는 K-뷰티산업의 발전을 위하여 경상북도, 경산시와 함께 지역의 화장품 기업 유치와 고용 창출, 그리고 안정적인 사업기반을 조성하기 위해서 다양한 활동을 수행하여 왔으며, 그 결과 최근 5년간 100여개 이상의 신규기업을 유치하고 육성함으로써 지역의 신규 일자리 창출에 이바지하고 있다. 오늘 포럼에 참석한 기업과 지원기관의 모든 분들이 지금까지 힘들게 가꾸어온 우리지역 뷰티산업의 발전 “‡향을 공유하고 좀 더 긴밀히 협력해 나간다면 K-뷰티 클러스터 지정을 위한 다른 지자체들과의 경쟁에서 반드시 좋은 결과를 얻을 것이라 확신한다” 고 말했다.
