대구한의대학교(총장 변창훈) 한의과대학 노성수 교수가 2021년 글로벌 전통의약 협력을 위한 국제 컨퍼런스에서 발표에 나섰다.

최근 보건복지부 산하 한국한의약진흥원(원장 정창현)이 주관하고, 대한한의학회(회장 최도영)가 후원하는 2021년 글로벌 전통의약 협력을 위한 국제 컨퍼런스에서 노성수 교수는‘본초-방제 기반 역류성식도염 치료 한의약물 개발 연구’를 주제로 발표에 나섰다.
노성수 교수는 연구를 통해 매년 증가하는 역류성식도염의 증상 치료에 다용된 처방 분석과 DB 구축, 다빈도 한의약물에 대해 급성 역류성식도염 동물 모델, 만성 역류성식도염 동물 모델을 가지고 효능을 평가하는 등의 연구를 통해 가장 효능이 뛰어난 한의약물을 밝혀냈다.
또한 유효한 4종 한의약물을 방제 구성원리인 ‘군신좌사’이론에 근거하여, 상호배합을 하였고 이를 위산 역류 식도염 모델과 담즙 역류 식도염 동물 모델에서 효능을 검증하였으며 식도 점막의 산화스트레스와 염증의 억제 기전을 규명하면서 식도 손상방지와 조직 보호에 유의한 연구결과를 발표했다
향후 노성수 교수는 뮤신 분비 촉진을 통해 식도 손상을 보호하는 유효 한의약물 발굴 연구에 대한 계획을 밝혔다.
