브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 국민의힘 선거대책위원회가 김종인 전 비상대책위원장 '원톱'체제로 재구성된다.
윤석열 대선후보는 3일 저녁 울산에서 이준석 대표와 저녁 회동을 갖고 이같이 결정했다고 발표했다.
윤 후보는 이날 회동 후 기자들과 만나 "지금 막 김종인 박사님께서 총괄 선대위원장직을 수락했다"면서 "김 전 위원장은 국민의힘 중앙선거대책기구의 장(長)으로서 당헌·당규에서 정한 바에 따라 대통령 선거일까지 당무 전반을 통할 조정하며 선거 대책 기구를 총괄하게 될 것"이라고 밝혔다.
이준석 대표는 그간 '잠행 시위'까지 하며 윤 후보가 김종인 전 위원장을 영입하지 않은데 대한 불만을 표시해왔다. 이준석 대표는 특히 '윤핵관'(윤석열 핵심 관계자)이 선대위를 쥐락펴락 하고 있다며 당 대표인 자신마저 '패싱'했다고 노골적으로 비판해왔다.
실제로 이준석 대표는 잠행 3일째인 지난 2일 제주에서 "윤핵관이라는 분이 하고다니는 행태에 대해 많은 익명 메시지가 쏟아지고 있다"고 저격하며 최근 페이스북에 올린 '^_^p'의 의미에 대해 "피(P)자는 백기를 든 것이다. 윤핵관들과 당대표가 익명으로 다투면서까지 제 의견을 개진할 의사가 없다는 것을 백기로 표현한 것이다. '윤핵관', '파리떼' 당신들이 이겼다고 선언해준 것"이다고 했다.
하지만 결국 윤석열 후보 선대위가 '김종인 체제'로 가닥을 잡으면서 이른바 윤핵관이라 불리우던 인사들의 힘이 빠지는 것은 물론 김 정 위원장과 갈등관계에 있던 김병준 상임선대위원장, 김한길 새시대준비위원장 등의 역할이 크게 줄어들 것으로 보인다.

아울러 윤석열 후보가 김종인 전 위원장에게 선대위 전권을 부여한 만큼 선대위는 전면적인 재개편 수순을 밟을 가능성도 높아 보인다. 특히 재구성이 완료되기까지 극심한 진통을 겪을 것이란 지적도 제기된다.
전여옥 전 새누리당(국민의힘) 의원은 4일 자신의 페이스북에 "앞으로 김종인과 이준석 '할배 손자'는 선대위 윤 후보쪽 사람들을 온갖 구실을 들어 다 쳐낼 것"이라며 "김병준과 김한길을 허수아비로 만들 것"이라고 주장했다.
