대구한의대학교(총장 변창훈)가 ‘2021학년도 OLE경진대회’를 개최했다고 밝혔다.

지난 8일부터 9일까지 양일 간 기린체육관에서 열린 2021학년도 OLE경진대회는 현장실습 수기와 캡스톤디자인 시제품 등 26점의 우수성과를 전시하여 교내 구성원들에게 공유하기 위해 마련되었다.
이를 통해 경진대회에는 38팀이 참여하여, 캡스톤디자인 UCC공모전 및 캡스톤디자인 경진대회 2개의 분야에서 학생들이 적극적으로 참여하는 모습을 볼 수 있었다.
그리고 현장실습 수기공모 분야에서는 1학기 및 하계 현장실습 참가자 228명 중 26명이 참여하여, 그 중 8명이 우수사례로 선발되었다.
9일 진행된 시상식에서는 캡스톤디자인 경진대회 6팀(대상 스테이크팀 외 5팀), 캡스톤디자인 UCC공모전 3팀(최우수상 안전지키미팀 외 2팀), 인기투표를 통한 인기부스선정 3팀(브릴리언트팀 외 2팀)이 수상했다.
장애인들의 주도적인 여가생활을 도와주는 앱 ‘어디로’를 출품하여 캡스톤디자인 경진대회에서 대상을 받은 스테이크팀의 이다은(중등특수교육과 3) 학생은 “팀 구성원들과 전공과 관련된 시제품을 개발하면서 좀 더 심화적인 부분에 대해 학습할 수 있었고 노력한 성과를 본 것 같아서 뿌듯하고 아직도 믿기지 않는다.”고 소감을 덧붙였다.
이 행사를 주관한 조성제 현장실습지원센터장은 “코로나19 상황에서도 방역수칙을 철저히 준수하며 참여해 준 교내 구성원들과 학생들에게 감사의 뜻을 전하며, 해를 거듭할수록 학생들의 창의적인 아이디어가 돋보이고, 기업이나 지역사회와 연계한 프로젝트들이 많아지고 있어 더욱 의미있는 대회였다고 말하고, 앞으로도 지도교수님과 참여학생들의 지원에 최선을 다해 지역사회 발전에 기여하는 산학연계 교육프로그램을 만들겠다고 했다.

Da-eun Lee (Secondary Special Education Department 3) of the stake team who received the grand prize in the Capstone Design Contest by submitting an app 'Where' to help people with disabilities lead leisure lives said, “Developing a prototype related to your major with team members, I was able to learn something more in-depth and I am proud that I have seen the results of my hard work, and I still cannot believe it,” he added.
Seong-jae Seong, head of the field training support center who hosted the event, said, “I would like to express my gratitude to the members of the school and students for their participation while thoroughly observing the quarantine rules even in the midst of the COVID-19 situation. He said that it was a more meaningful contest as there are more projects connected with the local community, and he said that he would do his best to support the academic advisors and participating students in the future to create an industry-university-linked educational program that contributes to the development of the local community.
