[브레이크뉴스=이성용기자] 부산진해경제자유구역청은 지난해 투자유치협약을 체결한 액세스월드와 ㈜디더블유엘글로벌이 오는 17일 기공식을 개최한다고 밝혔다.
지난 2020년 5월 28일 웅동배후단지 1단계 내 복합물류기업 3개사 업무협약을 체결한 후 올 10월 동원로엑스냉장Ⅱ가 저온물류센터를 착공하였고, 액세스월드와 ㈜디더블류엘글로벌이 17일 각각 물류센터 기공식을 가진다.
액세스월드는 스위스에 그룹 본사를 두고 있는 원자재물류분야 세계1위 기업으로 액세스월드 아시아(싱가포르)에서 100% 투자한 외국인 투자기업이다.
원자재뿐만 아니라, 전기차 배터리부품, 기타 원자재 및 커피 등 외국화물을 주로 취급하는데 단순물류 검사, 포장, 라벨링 등 부가가치를 더하는 비즈니스모델로 원자재물류의 아시아 거점으로 활용할 계획이다. 전체 50,820㎡ 부지에 약 14백만불의 외국인투자로 기업은 임대료 감면과 조세감면 혜택을 받게 된다.
㈜디더블유엘글로벌은 한국의 대우로지스틱스와 디피로지스틱스, 일본의 Nippon Salvage Service, 러시아의 Yuzhmolyflot와 ICIE(국제산업기업가협회) 등이 참여한 최초의 한·러·일 합작법인이다.
웅동배후단지 1단계 내 단일 기업 중 최대면적인 79,769㎡ 대규모로 물류센터를 설립할 예정이며 전략적으로 러시아 신동방정책, 중국의 일대일로 정책, 한국의 신북방·남방정책과 연계하여 부산항 신항을 활용한 극동러시아 중심의 북방물류 거점을 구축할 계획이다.
경자청장 직무대리 차석호 본부장은 “올해는 항만배후단지 외 지역에서도 물류분야 투자가 활발했다. 두동지구와 국제산업물류지구에 쿠팡이 스마트물류센터를 개시하였고, BGF리테일, LX인터내셔널 등 글로벌 물류기업들이 부산진해경제자유구역에 대규모 투자를 결정하였다.”며 “부산진해경제자유구역이 동북아 물류 트라이포트의 중심으로 자리 잡고 있다는 것을 기업들의 투자가 입증하는 것이다.”고 말했다.
