대구평생학습진흥원(원장 장원용)이 시민들의 비대면 학습수요 부응을 위해 온라인 플랫폼을 연내 선보인다고 밝혔다.
오는 4일 개원 1주년을 맞는 대구평생학습진흥원은 올해 평생학습 온라인플랫폼을 개설하는 등 13개 사업 추진을 통해 대구평생학습을 확산시킬 방침을 밝혔다.
진흥원은 이에 따라 지난해보다 96% 늘어난 27억4천5백만 원의 예산을 편성하고 대구를 전국 최고의 평생학습도시로 만들기 위한 기반을 다진다.
진흥원의 2022년도 주요 사업으로는 △대구평생학습 온라인플랫폼 구축(5억원) △유관기관 협력네트워크 활성화(3억원) △대구형 평생학습 온라인콘텐츠 제작(2억원) △대구시 문해교육센터 운영(1억원) △장애성인, 다문화가정 등을 위한 맞춤형 프로그램 개발 및 운영(1억원) △대구평생학습 실태조사(5천만원) △생애사쓰기 사업(1억원) △학습큐레이터 운영(7천만원) △대구형 학습카페 활성화(3천만원) 등이다.
진흥원의 구체적인 계획에 따르면 시민 누구나 언제 어디서든 평생학습을 즐길 수 있도록 하기 위해 평생학습 온라인플랫폼을 올 하반기 선보일 예정이다.
이를 통해 시민들은 어디에서나 대구의 오프라인 학습강좌 정보를 손쉽게 검색할 수 있고, 다양한 무료 동영상 콘텐츠로 평생학습을 즐길 수 있게 되며 스트리밍 방식의 동영상 재생 환경을 구축해 실시간 동영상 강의를 듣고, 학습자 별로 학습이력관리(LMS)도 할 수 있다.
이와 함께 진흥원은 시민 무료학습 기회를 확대하기 위해 지난해보다 2배 증액된 3억원을 들여 일선 평생학습기관을 대상으로 프로그램 공모사업을 실시할 예정이다.
진흥원이 올해 주력할 또 하나의 분야는 대구형 학습모델의 확대·보급이다. 이를 통해 대구의 정체성을 확립하고 애향심을 고취한다는 복안이다.
특히 대구형 온라인콘텐츠 10편을 제작해 유튜브, 온라인플랫폼 등을 통해 확산시키는 한편 시민 공유학습공간인 학습카페 ‘배움이락’을 확대할 예정이며 또 65세 이상 어르신의 저자입문 프로그램인 생애사쓰기 사업을 신규로 편성해 ‘1인1저자’캠페인을 펼치기로 했다.
외부수탁사업으로 신중년 경력형 일자리 사업예산 4억2천여만원을 확보, 중년 일자리 창출에 나서는 한편 장애친화적 교육환경 조성을 위해 장애인 평생학습도시 운영에도 만전을 기하기로 했다.
장원용 원장은 “진흥원이 지난해보다 2배 정도의 예산을 확보해 시민들에게 다양한 평생학습 기회를 제공할 기반을 갖췄다.”면서 “활용 가능한 모든 예산과 인력을 투입해 빠른 시일 내 대구를 전국 최고의 평생학습도시로 만들겠다.”고 말했다.
