대구한의대학교 칠곡군어린이급식관리지원센터(센터장 정현아)가 등록급식소의 위생·안전·영양관리를 위한 특화사업을 진행했다.

대구한의대 칠곡군어린이급식관리지원센터는 등록급식소의 위생·안전·영양관리와 함께 수준을 상향하기 위해 1:1코칭시스템인 클린어드벤처를 실시했다.
클린어드벤처는 대상급식소와 센터 직원이 1:1로 매칭되어 순회방문 결과지에 대한 피드백 관리를 해주는 특화사업이다.
칠곡군어린이급식관리지원센터는‘3아웃제도’를 도입하여 3회 밀착관리에도 개선이 되지 않는 급식소를 직접 방문하여 컨설팅을 진행했다.
이와 함께 순회방문 지도사항을 스스로 개선할 수 있도록 문항별 피드백을 실시하고 최종 개선율이 80%이상인 급식소 한해서 ‘위생복세트’를 지원했다.
정현아 센터장은 “기존 순회방문의 한계점을 보완하는 다양한 특화사업 지원으로 지속적으로 차별화된 서비스를 제공함으로서 앞으로 등록급식소의 위생·안전·영양관리에 긍정적인 결과를 기대한다.”라고 했다.
