공산주의는 민주주의만큼이나 아름다운 목적으로 생겨난 새로운 사회제도다. 봉건시대, 토지를 차지한 왕실, 귀족이 모든 권력을 휘어잡고 있던 시절 농노, 소작인들은 목숨 겨우 붙잡고 사는 노예 신분이었다.
북한은 공산주의가 옳다고 믿은 세력이 모여 세운 나라고, 우리는 점령군 미군의 강제로 억지 민주주의를 실시 당했다. 여기서 민주주의란 자유시장 경제를 가리킨다. 북한도 민주주의 한다고 우기지만 그건 새빨간 거짓말이니 말할 것도 없다.
2022년 시각으로 일제시대 만주에서 벌어진 독립군 단체들 간의 미래 한국의 정치 체제 토론을 상상할 수는 없다. 겨우 봉건왕조인 조선이 망한 지 몇 년 안 된 1930~1940년 무렵에 새로운 사회 체제를 꿈꾸는 젊은이들 사이에 얼마나 많은 토론이 있었겠는가. 아마도 우리 역사에서 서로 총쏴가며 정치체제 놓고 치열하게 토론한 건 이때 밖에 없었을 것이다.
지금 세계적으로 공산주의는 망했다. 멸공할 대상이 거의 사라졌다. 소련의 경우 공산주의 망령이 덜 벗겨진 사회주의(사회주의는 공산주의와 결합할 때 심각한 독이 되고, 민주주의와 결합하면 약이 되는 수가 있다)가 남았지만 그래도 더 나은 미래로 가는 중이다. 다만 중국과 북한이 아직도 미몽에서 깨어나지 못해 제 국민들을 헐벗고 굶주리게 만들고 있다. 중국은 그나마 개방을 통해 굶어죽던 국민의 입에 먹을거리라도 물려줄 수 있는 수준이 되었지만, 북한은 아직도 심각한 경제난으로 몸부림치고 있다.
그래서 나는 '멸치콩' 놀이 대신 북한 동포 살리는 놀이 좀 하고 싶다.
핵무기 박살낸다는 조건으로 북한 어린이들에게 분유, 우유 마음껏 먹게 해주고, 감염병 치료제를 넉넉히 보내주고 싶다. 또 벽란도 일대나 강원도(남한 강원도 + 북한 강원도)에 차터시티를 만들어 남북 통일 모델 도시를 만들고 싶다. 휴전선을 뜯어내고 군사분계선 남쪽에 공장을 짓고, 북쪽에 북한 노동자를 위한 기숙사와 휴게 시설 등을 짓고 싶다.
'하늘 보며 멍 때리는 삶은 소대가리'라고 조롱받는 문재인 정권은 오로지 인내만으로 남북 정책을 삼는다. 미사일을 쏘든 로켓을 쏘든 핵탄두를 만들든 눈만 끔벅거리며 사랑의 메시지만 보낸다. 오냐오냐 하는 사이 문 대통령의 수염까지 뽑으려 든다. 이런 태도도 일정 시기나 한도까지는 용납이 되지만 정권에 땅거미가 드리워지는 오늘까지 이러면 안 된다. 양산 내려간 다음에는 백약이 무효다.
국민의힘은 무작정 멸콩 놀이로 '공산 북한'과 '용공(공산주의를 용납하는) 민주당 일부 세력'을 조롱하지 말고, 민주당은 우울증에 빠진 북한을 밝은 세상으로 이끌어내는 노력을 더 하기 바란다.
누가 뭐라든 북한은 우리 동포들이 행복하게 살아야 할 땅이고, 그 너머 뻘건 부분은 반드시 되찾아야 할 우리 선조들의 땅이다.

Communism is a new social system created with a purpose as beautiful as democracy. In the feudal era, when the royal family who occupied the land, and the nobility held all power, serfs and peasants were slaves, barely holding on to their lives.
North Korea was founded by a group of forces who believed that communism was right, and we were forced to practice deterred democracy by the American occupation forces. Democracy here refers to a free market economy. North Korea also claims to be a democracy, but it goes without saying that it is a blatant lie.
From the time of 2022, it is impossible to imagine the discussion of the future Korean political system among the independence armies that took place in Manchuria during the Japanese colonial era. How many discussions were there among young people who dreamed of a new social system around 1930-1940, just a few years after the fall of the feudal dynasty, Joseon? Perhaps this was the only time in our history that we had a fierce debate over the political system while shooting at each other.
Now, communism around the world is doomed. The target to be destroyed has almost disappeared. In the case of the Soviet Union, socialism (socialism can be a serious poison when combined with communism and can be a medicine when combined with democracy) remains less stripped of the communist specter, but still on the way to a better future. However, China and North Korea have yet to wake up from the dream, leaving their people naked and starving. Although China has reached a level where it can pass food to the mouths of its people who were starving to death through opening up, North Korea is still struggling with serious economic difficulties.
So, instead of playing 'Anchovy Beans', I want to play a game of saving North Koreans.
On the condition of destroying nuclear weapons, I want to let North Korean children eat milk powder and milk as much as they want, and to send a generous amount of treatment for infectious diseases. Also, I would like to create a charter city in the area of Byeokrando or Gangwon-do (Gangwon-do in South Korea + Gangwon-do in North Korea) to create a model city for unification of South and North Korea. I want to tear down the armistice line, build a factory to the south of the Military Demarcation Line, and build dormitories and rest facilities for North Korean workers in the north.
The Moon Jae-in administration, ridiculed for saying that 'a life that looks at the sky and beats you to the sky' is ridiculed, uses only patience as an inter-Korean policy. Whether they fire missiles, rockets, or nuclear warheads, they only send a message of love with a blink of an eye. They even try to pull out President Moon's beard. This attitude is acceptable for a certain period or limit, but it must not be like this until today, when the twilight falls on the regime. Hundreds of medicines are invalid after the mass production is down.
Instead of mocking 'communist North Korea' and 'some forces of the Yonggong (accepting communism) Democratic Party' with the power of the people recklessly destroying beans, I hope the Democrats will make more efforts to bring North Korea, which is in depression, into a brighter world.
No matter what anyone says, North Korea is a land where our compatriots should live happily, and beyond that, it is the land of our ancestors that must be reclaimed.
