창원특례시 첫 행보 국회 공략

허 시장은 서영교 위원장에게 현재 국회 행안위 제1소위원회에 상정돼 심의 중인 ‘지방자치분권 및 지방행정체제개편에 관한 특별법(약칭 지방분권법)’ 개정안의 조속한 처리를 요청했다.
