울진군은 GAP 인증 농가를 대상으로 인증수수료 및 안전성 검사비 지원, GAP인증농산물 택배비 지원 사업을 추진한다고 14일 밝혔다.

군에 따르면 이번 사업은 안전한 먹거리를 소비자에게 제공하기 위해 생산단계에서 판매단계까지 관리하는 농산물우수관리 인증제도(GAP)를 조기에 정착시키고 신규인증을 확대하는 데 그 목적이 있다.
지원대상은 GAP 인증을 받은 자로 사업신청일 기준 GAP 인증이 유효한 농업인 또는 단체이며, 주소지 읍면사무소 산업부서에서 신청이 가능하다.
신청기한은 GAP 인증농산물 택배비 지원사업은 오는 2월 4일까지이며, 인증수수료 및 안전성 검사비 지원사업은 예산소진 시까지 연중 신청할 수 있다.
전극중 미래농정과장은 “GAP 인증농가 확대와 안전한 농산물 생산기반 조성을 위해 기존의 안전성 검사비 지원 외에 2021년부터 인증수수료 및 택배비를 추가 지원하고 있다”며, “GAP 인증 제도가 빨리 정착되어 코로나19로 인해 판로확보가 힘든 생산농가에 농가경영비 부담을 덜고 농산물 직거래가 활성화될 수 있도록 지원하겠다” 고 전했다.
