[브레이크뉴스=이성용기자] 창원시는 ‘2022년 신혼부부 전세자금 대출이자 지원 사업’ 접수를 2월7일부터 3월 4일까지 읍·면·동 행정복지센터에서 받는다고 밝혔다.
창원시는 청년들이 경제적인 이유로 결혼을 미루거나 기피 하지 않도록 무주택 신혼부부의 주거비 부담 완화에 실질적인 도움을 주기 위해 2019년부터 시행하고 있는 ‘신혼부부 전세자금 대출이자 지원사업’은 경남도 내 최초로 시행하여 올해로 4회째이며, 그간 2,823가구 2,015백만을 지원했다.
지원대상은 기준중위소득 180%이하 무주택 신혼부부, 혼인신고일 기준 7년 이내(2015.1.1.~2021.12.31.), 금융기관으로부터 주택전세자금 대출을 받고, 공고일 현재 부부 모두 창원시에 주소를 둔 무주택 신혼부부로서 위의 조건을 모두 충족해야 한다.
지원내용은 전세자금 대출잔액의 1.2퍼센트이내 최대 100만 원까지 연1회 지원하며 자녀가 있는 가정은 자녀 1명당 지원금에서 20퍼센트를 가산하여 최대 150만 원까지 지원 한다.
최재안 환경도시국장은 “신혼부부의 주거비 부담 완화를 통해 출생률이 높아지길 기대하며, 오는 3월에는 ‘다자녀가구 전세자금 대출이자 지원사업’도 함께 병행 추진하여 주거안정 기여에 모든 행정력을 집중하겠다”고 말했다.
