[브레이크뉴스=이성용기자] 경남도 내 시공 중인 아파트 현장 42개소를 대상으로 지난 14일부터 21일까지 6일간 시·군 전문가들이 합동으로 안전점검을 실시한 결과, 총 101건의 위반사항을 적발했다고 밝혔다.
지난 1월 발생한 광주 아파트 외벽 붕괴 사고 원인이 안전, 시공, 품질 등 전 분야에서 걸쳐 있다고 알려짐에 따라 도내 아파트 건설현장의 안전?품질관리계획, 콘크리트 양생 일지, 작업일보 등 각종 서류 확인부터 시공상태, 품질관리 실태까지 현장점검을 실시했다.
점검결과, 도내 대부분의 아파트 시공 현장에서 안전 경각심을 가지고 현장을 관리하고 있었으나 일부 현장에서 안전무시 관행, 안전불감증 등을 확인했다.
주요 적발사항은 △추락방지시설 미설치 △작업 비계 부실 설치 △동바리 설치 기준 미달 △콘크리트 보양 불량 △철근 배근 간격 부적정 △품질관리자 배치 부적정 등이 있었다.
이번에 적발한 101건 중 1건은 벌점을 부과토록 조치하고, 23건은 시정명령, 나머지 경미한 58건은 시군을 통해 즉시 보강?보수하도록 조치했다.

또한 현장의 안전위험 요인을 제거하도록 14건을 개선권고하고, 기타 5건을 해당 부서로 통보하도록 조치했다.
허동식 경남도 도시교통국장은 “안전관리계획서 및 품질관리계획서를 성실하게 작성하고 이를 이행·준수하는 것은 당연한 사항임에도 일부 현장에서는 계획과 현장관리가 일치하지 않는 경우가 있다.”고 지적하면서 “건설관계자들의 안전의식을 고취할 수 있도록 지도 감독을 더욱 강화해 나가겠다.”고 말했다.
