국가재난 대응시설 건립 사업 설계 공모의 최종 당선작으로 “일상생활 공간으로의 진화(進化)”를 출품한 우리공간 ㈜건축사사무소의 작품으로 확정됐다.
최근 행정중심복합도시건설청(이하, 행복청)은 국가재난대응시설 건립사업의 설계공모 당선작으로 “일상생활 공간으로의 진화(進化)”를 차선작으로 ㈜건축사사무소 엠피아트의 설계안을 선정했다.
최종 당선작 “일상생활 공간으로의 진화(進化)”는 부지 특성을 고려한 입체적인 입면 설계로 출동·훈련·대기 등 기능을 고려한 층별 배치 및 신속한 출동 훈련을 위한 합리적 동선 등이 높은 점수를 받았다.
차선작으로 선정된 ㈜건축사사무소 엠피아트의 설계안은 공공건축물로서 도시 경관과 조화를 고려한 디자인 계획이 인정 받았다.
정래화 행복청 공공청사기획과장은“설계공모 당선작을 바탕으로 국가재난대응시설 건립사업을 추진해 안전한 행복도시를 만들어 나가겠다”라고 말했다.
오는 2024년 준공되는 국가재난대응시설은 총사업비 160억 원이 투입되며 세종시 다정동 서측 일원(행복도시 2-1생활권)에 부지면적 5949㎡, 연면적 3769㎡의 규모로 지어진다.
