브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 여론조사기관 한국갤럽이 9일 제20대 대통령선거 예상 득표율을 예측한 결과, 윤석열 국민의힘 후보의 승리를 전망했다.
9일 한국갤럽은 지난 7~8일 이틀간 전국 만 18세 이상 유권자 2199명에게 어느 후보를 지지하는지 물은 결과, 윤석열 국민의힘 후보 46%, 이재명 더불어민주당 후보는 40%로 6%포인트 격차가 났다고 밝혔다. 심상정 정의당 후보는 3%를 기록했고, 그 외 인물 1%로 집계됐다.
한국갤럽은 이 집계 데이터를 기반으로 산출한 예상 득표율은 윤석열 후보 52.0%, 이재명 후보 44.4%, 심상정 후보 2.5%, 그 외 후보 1.1%라고 설명했다.
예상 득표율은 조사된 데이터에 의견 유보층의 후보별 투표 확률을 추정해 배분하고, 투표 의향과 실현율을 반영한 성·연령대별 투표율로 가중 처리했다.
한편, 이번 조사는 무선전화 RDD 표본 프레임에서 무작위 추출(유선전화 RDD 10% 포함) 방식으로 전화조사원 인터뷰를 통해 진행했다. 표본오차는 95%신뢰수준에 ±2.1%포인트다. 응답률은 18.1%로 총 통화 1만2142명 중 2199명이 응답했다.

According to a poll conducted by Gallup Korea, a polling agency, on the 9th, Yoon Seok-yeol, a candidate for the strength of the people, was expected to win the 20th presidential election.
On the 9th, Gallup Korea asked 2,199 voters aged 18 or older across the country for two days from the 7th to the 8th, and Yoon Seok-yeol, the strongest candidate of the people, and Lee Jae-myung, the Democratic Party of Korea, said there was a 6% point gap. Justice Party candidate Sim Sang Jung recorded 3%, while others accounted for 1%.
Gallup Korea explained that the expected votes calculated based on the aggregate data were 52.0% for Yoon Seok-yeol, 44.4% for Lee Jae-myung, 2.5% for Sim Sang Jung, and 1.1% for other candidates.
The expected vote rate was estimated and distributed by candidate's probability of voting by opinion reserve group in the survey data, and weighted by gender and age group's turnout reflecting voting intentions and realization rate.
Meanwhile, the survey was conducted through interviews with telephone investigators in a randomized manner (including 10% wired RDD) from a wireless phone RDD sampling frame. The sample error is ±2.1 percentage points at the 95% confidence level. The response rate was 18.1%, with 2,199 out of 12,142 responding.
