충남도의회는 17일 김대영 의원(계룡·더불어민주당)이 대표발의한 ‘충청남도 도시 및 주거환경 정비 조례 일부개정조례안’이 소관 상임위인 안전건설소방위원회를 통과했다고 밝혔다.
이번 조례안은 ‘도시 및 주거환경정비법’ 개정에 따른 위임사항을 반영하고, 조례를 보완해 주거환경 정비사업을 활성화하기 위해 추진됐다. 특히 공공 재개발·재건축 사업의 공급 및 임대주택 공급대상자의 기준을 확립하기 위한 개선사항을 담았다.
개정안은 공공재개발사업 및 공공재건축사업에서 국민주택규모의 건설비율을 규정하는 한편, 공공재개발사업의 임대주택 공급대상자 항목에 대학생, 청년, 신혼부부, 한부모가족, 주거급여수급자, 고령자 등 시대의 흐름에 맞춘 대상자 항목을 명시했다.
김 의원은 “주택의 품질과 거주여건 등 공공주택 분야의 주거환경에 더욱 신경을 써야 한다”며 “특히 안정된 주택공급이 필요한 계층에 우선적으로 배정이 될 수 있도록 해야 한다”고 말했다.
이번 개정조례안은 오는 29일 열리는 제335회 임시회 3차 본회의에서 최종 의결될 예정이다.
