브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 진중권 전 동양대 교수는 청와대 이전과 관련, 윤석열 당선인을 향해 "(문재인) 대통령에 대한 예우와 존중을 좀 했으면 좋겠다. 보면 태도가 시비 건다는 태도다. 신경전을 벌이는 이런 태도는 별로 바람직하지 않다고 본다"고 일침을 가했다.
진중권 전 교수는 22일 CBS라디오 '한판승부'에서 "저는 사실 청와대 이전에 원칙적으로 찬성한다. 그리고 많은 국민들도 찬성할 것이다. 문제는 왜 이렇게 서두르는지 모르겠다"며 이같이 밝혔다.
그는 "(윤석열 당선인이) 청와대에 들어가서 집무를 보다가 TF팀을 꾸려서 꼼꼼하게 따져본 다음에 해도 늦을 것 같지 않다"며 "결단을 하고 집무하다가 이사 가시면 되는 거 아닌가. 안 들어가고 버틴다는 것도 좀 우습게 들린다. 굳이 꼭 그래야 하나. 제가 국방부 근무해서 아는데 그 상징성이라는 게 국방부로 들어가면 국민하고 더 친해질 것 같지 않다"고 지적했다.
이어 그는 "더불어민주당에서 제기하는 여러 가지 문제점들이 있는데, 그건 대부분 다 실무적으로 해결할 문제"라며 "저는 이런 것들은 (민주당이) 협조해 줬으면 좋겠다"고 했다.
진 전 교수는 "윤 당선인이 굳이 (이전을) 하겠다고 하면 그냥 하게 내버려두는 것도 좋을 것 같다"며 "국방부에서는 안보 공백이 생길 수 있다고 그러는데 안보 공백이야 이사 가려면 언제든지 생기는 거고. 그러니까 그건 하나 마나 한 얘기인 것 같다. 한편으로는 2년씩, 3년씩 끌다 보면 진짜 못 하게 된다"고 말했다.
그러면서 "왜 이렇게 서두르는지 모르겠지만 어쨌든 하게 된다면 지금 남은 정권이 지금 새로운 정권을 위해서 이 정도는 협조해 주고 다른 부분들을 따낼 건 따내야 할 것 같다"며 "예를 들어서 검찰총장 임기제 채우게끔 도와준다든지, 서로 주고받는 합리적인 선에서 요구들을 조정해 나가는, 그래서 정권 이양이 평화롭게 합리적으로 될 수 있는 되는 방향으로 끌고 갔으면 좋겠다"고 했다.

Former professor Jin Joong-kwon said on CBS radio's "One Game Match" on the 22nd, "I actually agree with the relocation of the Blue House in principle. And many people will agree. I don't know why the problem is so urgent."
"I don't think it'll be too late to (elect Yoon Seok-yeol) enter the Blue House and watch the office, and set up a TF team and carefully examine it," he said adding, "I think you can make a decision and move after working." It sounds a little funny that you don't go in and hold out. Do we really have to do that? I know it because I work in the Ministry of National Defense, but I don't think I'll get closer to the people when I enter the Ministry of National Defense."
He then said, "In addition, there are various problems raised by the Democratic Party of Korea, and most of them are practical problems to be solved," adding, "I hope the Democratic Party will cooperate with these things."
Former professor Jin said, "If elected Yoon says he will (transfer), it would be good to let him do it," adding, "The Ministry of National Defense says there could be a security gap, but it's a security gap. It happens anytime you move." So I think that's one thing at a time. On the other hand, if you drag it out for two or three years, you will really fail."
"I don't know why you're in such a hurry, but if you do it now, I think the rest of the regime will have to cooperate and win other parts for the new regime," he said. "For example, I hope the transfer will be peaceful and reasonable."
