브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 대통령직인수위원회는 28일 이른바 '임대차 3법'에 대해 시장에 혼란을 주고 있다며 폐지부터 축소까지 다양한 방향에서 검토 중이라고 밝혔다.
원일희 수석 부대변인은 이날 오후 통의동 인수위 사무실 정례 브리핑에서 "경제2분과의 국토교통부 업무보고에서 임대차법 개선 검토가 다양하게 이뤄졌다. 임대차 3법 폐지부터 대상 축소까지 다양한 의견이 제시된 상태"라고 전했다.
원 부대변인은 "임대차 3법이 시장의 혼란을 주고 있다는 문제의식과 제도 개선이 필요하다는 방향은 맞고 시장 상황과 입법 여건을 고려해 단계적으로 추진할 방침이라는 해당 분과의 설명"이라고 설명했다.
그러면서 "임대차 3법은 아시다시피 계약갱신청구권·전월세 상한제 및 신고제 3개인데 시장에 상당한 혼선을 주고 있다는 문제의식과 제도 개선에 대한 의지는 분명하다"고 덧붙였다.
한편 임대차3법은 전월세신고제, 전월세상한제, 계약갱신청구권제 등을 핵심으로 하는 ‘주택임대차보호법’ 이다.

Deputy spokesman Won explained, "The division explained that it is correct to sense the problem that the three rental laws are causing confusion in the market and that the system needs to be improved, and that it will be carried out step by step in consideration of market conditions and legislative conditions."
He added, "As you know, the 3rd Lease Act has the right to renew contracts, the upper limit on monthly rent, and the reporting system, and it is clear that there is considerable confusion in the market and the will to improve the system."
Meanwhile, the Lease 3 Act is the Housing Lease Protection Act, which focuses on the monthly rent reporting system, the monthly rent ceiling system, and the contract renewal claim system.
