브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 이준석 국민의힘 대표는 31일 전국장애인차별철폐연대(전장연)가 이 대표가 사과하지 않으면 지하철 2호선에서도 출근길 시위를 하겠다고 밝힌데 대해 "이건 무슨 논리적 개연성인가"라며 비판을 가했다.
이준석 대표는 이날 오전 MBC 라디오 '김종배의 시선집중'에서 "이준석한테 불만이 있으니까 서울지하철 2호선 타는 시민들의 발을 멈춰 세우겠다는 건 문명적인 방법이 아니다"라며 이같이 밝혔다.
그는 "사실 지하철에 들어가서 시위하는 것 자체가 다 불법이다. 시위 방식 자체가 탑승하는 시위면 문제없지만 출입문 열렸을 때 휠체어를 끼워 넣고 출입문이 닫히지 않게 하는 방식으로 한 30분씩 서 있게 하고, 길게는 2시간 가까이 늦어지는 경우도 생겼다"면서 "단순불편이 아니라 수십만 명이 타고 있는 지하철을 한번에 세워버리는 것"이라고 말했다.
이어 그는 "이런 방식으로 해야지만 본인들의 의사를 관철할 수 있다는 것을 받아들이게 되면 지하철을 멈춰 세우는 양식의 시위, 또는 공공시설물을 점거하는 시위 이런 것들이 늘어날 것"이라며 지적했다.

이준석 대표는 아울러 "시위의 톤이 굉장히 달라졌다"며 "지난 10년간 이런 시위양상이 보이지 않다가 지난 1년 동안에 서울시민이라면 지하철 타시는 분들은 많이 체감하고 있듯이 지하철 운행을 중단시키는 방식으로 시위한 건 오세훈 시장 들어서 많이 격해졌다"고 주장했다.
