[브레이크뉴스=이성용기자] 창원특례시는 마산회원구 지역의 화물자동차 만성적인 주차난 해소를 위한 내서읍 화물자동차 공영차고지 조성사업이 7일 ‘실시계획인가 고시’됨에 따라 사업 추진에 탄력을 받게 됐다고 밝혔다.
사업은 마산회원구 내서읍 원계리 388번지 일원에 국·도비 316억원 등 총사업비 372억원을 들여 주차 334면(화물차306면, 일반28면)과 시설관리 및 이용자 편의 제공을 위한 부대시설 1동을 조성한다.
사업인정고시가 완료됨으로써 사전 행정절차를 마무리하고, 4월부터는 편입토지 보상 절차가 본격적으로 시작된다. 시는 보상금 집행을 위한 올해 예산 97억원(국비80억원, 도비17억원)을 확보하였으며, 사업기간 단축과 신속한 예산 집행을 위해 보상 협의에 적극적으로 나설 예정이다.
