코레일테크 서포터즈 ‘코코텍’ 5기 발대식 개최

코레일테크 서포터즈 ‘코코텍 5기’ 발대식이 2일 대전 본사에서 열렸다.

이날 발대식은 코로나19가 사회적 거리두기가 점차 완화됨에 따라 비대면(온라인) 방식이 아닌 대면 방식으로 전환해 진행됐다.

이번 서포터즈는 전 국민을 대상으로 네이밍 공모전에서 당선된 ‘코코텍(새벽을 알리는 닭의 울음소리처럼 코레일테크를 알리는 서포터즈명)’이라는 이름으로 활동을 이어간다.

코코텍 5기는 총 20명이 선발됐다. 수도권, 충청권, 전라권, 경상권까지 4개의 권역으로 구분해 총 6개 팀이 전국 코레일테크의 사업과 역·철도 방역 현장 등을 알리기 위한 다양한 SNS 활동을 벌일 예정이다.

이를 위해 서포터즈는 활동기간 동안 전국 역이나 철도차량정비단 등을 직접 방문 취재하거나 직업 체험을 하는 등 다양한 경험을 할 수 있다.

임재익 대표이사는 “코로나19가 완화되고 있는 만큼 적극적인 활동을 통해 코레일테크를 알리기 위해 노력해주길 바란다”며 “서포터즈가 철도와 관련한 다양한 경험을 쌓을 수 있는 좋은 계기가 되길 기대한다”고 전했다.
