파주시청소년재단(대표이사 박준규)은 26일, 청소년재단 대표이사실에서 파주시 청소년지도자를 대상으로한 맞춤형 교육과정 개발과 운영을 위해 한국생산성본부(KPC)(회장 안완기)와 교육협력협약을 체결했다.
파주시청소년재단과 한국생산성본부는 이번 협약 체결에 따라 파주시 청소년지도자를 대상으로 공통교육, 직급별 교육, 역량강화 워크숍 등 직원 역량강화를 위한 협력과 개인별 직무능력 향상을 위한 교육사업을 공동으로 기획 및 운영하는데 적극 협력하기로 했다.

한국생산성본부는 ESG, 디지털전환 등의 맞춤형 컨설팅을 제공하는 산업통상자원부 산하 특수법인으로 사회 전반적인 생산성 향상을 위해 노력하고 있으며, 이번 교육협력협약을 통해 청소년재단 맞춤형으로 교육을 기획하여 공통교육과정과 직급별 핵심역량을 향상시킬 수 있는 성과관리, 의사결정, 워크스마트, 문제해결, 관계관리 등의 전문교육과 워크숍을 오는 6월부터 온라인과 오프라인을 병행하여 진행할 계획이다.

파주시청소년재단 박준규 대표이사는 “국내 산업교육 전문기관인 한국생산성본부와 함께 파주시청소년재단에서 근무하는 청소년지도자들의 직무능력과 전문성 향상을 위해 노력하겠다”라고 말했다.
