세종시교육감 강미애 예비후보(이하 강 후보)가 학교예술 문화 구축을 위해 '1학교-1특기' 제도을 약속했다.
강 후보는 "학교에는 문화가 필요하다. 종촌초등학교에서 근무했을 당시 느낀 점이 있는데, 아이들마다 졸업을 하고 났을 때 각자 '자신이 잘 하는 활동이나 분야'를 깨닫고 갔으면 하는 바람이 있었다"고 소개 하면서 "(학생들이)자신 있는 특기 활동 1가지를 발견한다면, 이는 이 친구들이 미래에 살아갈 때 여유와 인생을 재미있게 누릴 수 있는 힘이 될 수 있기 때문이다"고 필요성을 강조했다.
