김태흠 국민의힘 충남도지사 후보는 7일 도내 시장·군수 후보 선거사무소 개소식에 참석해 6.1 지방선거에서의 승리를 다짐했다.
김 후보는 이날 보령 등 4개 시군 선거사무소를 방문한 자리에서 “윤석열 후보의 대통령 당선은 충남이 하고 싶은 일을 모두 할 수 있는 기회”라며 “이번 지방선거에서 모두 승리해 윤석열 정부의 국정운영을 뒷받침하고 충남의 발전을 획기적으로 앞당기자”고 목소리를 높였다.
