국민의힘 백성현 논산시장 후보는 오는 11일 선거사무소 개소식을 개최하고 본격적인 선거전에 돌입한다고 밝혔다.
백 후보 선거사무소에 다르면 개소식에는 이인제, 나경원 전 국회의원과 홍문표, 성일종 국회의원, 김태흠 충남지사 후보, 박성규 전 장군을 비롯해 도·시의회 후보들과 각계각층의 지지자가 대거 참석할 예정이고 전했다.
백성현 후보는 9일 보도자료를 통해 “소득을 높이고 삶의 질을 높이고 행복 지수를 높게 하는 3高주의 행정으로 논산을 크게 변화 시키고 싶다”라며 “시민 제일주의, 사회적 약자 배려, 현장주의 행정, 관행 타파” 네가지의 시정 방침을 제시했다.
한편, 백성현 후보 선거사무소는 논산시 시민로274 바인빌딩 건물 3층에 마련됐다. 개소식은 11일 오후 3시부터 4시까지 진행될 예정이다.
