산업단지 750만평 확보·원촌~대전산단~법동연결 대전 새 발전축 조성
도시철도 3호선 트램·지하철 병행, 교통 사각지대는 트램 지선 연결
대전시민들이 도시철도를 이용해 30분내 도시접근이 가능해진다. 산업단지도 750만평을 확보하고 원촌동에서 법동까지 새로운 도시축이 만들어진다.
더불어민주당 대전시장 후보는 13일 서구 둔산동 온통행복캠프에서 3차 정책발표회를 열고 대전 대전환 정책 관련 도시교통과 도시개발분야 청사진을 발표했다.

먼저 산단혁신을 통해 첨단·미래산업단지 750만평을 조성한다. 현재 250만평 규모로 조성중인 신동·둔곡, 대동·금탄, 탑립·전민, 장대도시첨단, 안산국방첨단 산업단지 등을 완성하고, 유성구 교촌·계산, 대동 일대로 예정된 제2대덕연구단지를 성북동 일대까지 확대하여 500만평까지 확보할 계획이다.
원촌동에서 대전산단을 거쳐 법동 조차장역까지 이어지는 신도시축을 조성해 대전의 새로운 발전축을 형성해 나가기로 했다. 원촌동 하수처리장 부지에는 친환경 주거와 연구환경 지원공간을 조성하고, 노후화된 대전산단을 청년창업기지와 복합문화센터 등이 들어서는 현대식 산단으로 개조하는 한편 조차장역 부지를 주민생활공간과 복합주거문화단지로 개발한다.
