파주시청소년재단은 창립 1주년을 맞아 지난 14일 운정호수공원 잔디광장에서 개최한 ‘청소년의 달 및 성년의 날 기념행사’에서 청소년, 임직원 등이 참여하는 다채로운 프로그램을 운영했다.
재단 창립 1주년을 맞아 청소년사업 추진에 공헌한 기관 및 개인을 대상으로 이사장(파주시장) 명의 감사패를 수여했다.

재단 창립 원년부터 벽화마을 조성 등 지역사회공헌활동을 함께한 △주식회사 케이씨씨, 문산청소년문화의집 청소년을 대상으로 제빵 재능기부를 펼친 △류재은 베이커리 대표 류재은, 반찬 나눔 봉사활동을 실천한 △사랑더하기가족봉사단 단장 최금숙, 운정청소년문화의집 청소년 대상 환경 프로그램을 공동 운영한 △파주 제로웨이스트샵 도가게가 선정됐다.
또한 임직원들의 자발적인 신청을 통해 ‘착한일터’에 가입식을 진행했다.
이번 가입식은 파주시청소년재단 박준규 대표이사, 경기사회복지공동모금회 권인욱 부회장이 참석한 가운데 이루어졌다.
착한일터는 사랑의열매의 개인기부 프로그램으로 임직원들이 급여의 일정액을 정기적으로 기부하는 활동이다.
향후 임직원의 성금으로 조성되는 기부금은 파주시에서 성년을 맞은 청소년의 일자리 사업, 위기가정 청소년들의 복지사업 등을 위해 사용할 예정이다.
디지털 플랫폼 기업 ㈜KT의 지원을 받아 AI 및 메타버스 체험존을 구성해 진행했다.

KT 임직원과 IT 서포터즈의 재능기부를 통해 파주시 청소년들이 AI, 3D 콘텐츠, 메타버스등 디지털 활동을 더욱 쉽고 재미있게 체험할 수 있는 기회를 마련하였으며, KT 대표 사회공헌 프로그램인 ‘사랑의 밥차’를 이용하여 행사 당일 참여하는 청소년자원봉사자와 프로그램 참여자를 대상으로 식사와 간식을 제공하기도 했다.
KT와 파주시청소년재단은 앞으로도 청소년을 대상으로한 지역사회공헌활동을 공동으로 운영할 예정이다.
