5명을 선발하는 대전시의회 정책지원관에 52이 몰려 10.4:1의 경쟁률을 기록했다.
대전시의회인사위원회는 11일부터 13일까지 정책지원관 임용시험 원서를 접수한 결과 52명이 지원해 평균 10.4 대 1의 경쟁률을 보였다고 19일 밝혔다.
지난해 지방자치법이 전부 개정되면서 지방의회 인사권 독립과 함께 새롭게 도입된 정책지원관은 지방의회 의정자료 수집ㆍ조사ㆍ연구 및 지방자치법 제47조부터 제52조까지와 제83조 규정과 관련된 의정활동을 지원하는 역할을 하게 된다.
이번에 채용되는 정책지원관의 신분은 행정6급 임기제공무원으로 임용기간은 2년이며 근무 실적에 따라 5년 범위 내에서 연장이 가능하다.
시의회는 이번 달 25일 서류전형 합격자 발표를 시작으로 면접시험을 거쳐 6월 중 최종합격자를 발표 후 7월 이전에 임용할 예정이다.
