‘뻔뻔한 클래식의 디바’ 소프라노 정진옥이 자신의 음악인생을 담은 연주회를 선보인다.
19일 맥키스컴퍼니에 따르면, 계족산황톳길 숲속음악회와 찾아가는 힐링 음악회를 통해 팬들과 소통해온 소프라노 ‘정진옥 뮤직쇼’가 6월 17일(금) 오후 7시 30분 대전시립연정국악원 큰마당에서 열린다.
이화여대 성악과와 충남대 대학원 음악과를 졸업한 정진옥은 2012년부터 맥키스오페라 단장을 맡아 계족산 숲속음악회와 초청연주회 등 매년 150회 이상의 공연을 소화해왔다.
대전 정신건강복지센터 해피바이러스, 대한민국육군헌병, 보령해양경찰서, 대한노인복지회, 한자녀더갖기운동본부 등의 홍보대사로도 활동하며 우리사회에 긍정에너지를 전파하는데 앞장서왔다.
특히 지역 대표 주류기업인 맥키스컴퍼니가 주최하는 계족산황톳길 숲속음악회를 통해 클래식의 대중화에 기여해왔다는 평가를 받고 있다.
매년 4월부터 10월까지 계족산 숲속음악회장에서 열리는 이 야외음악회는 오페라 아리아와 뮤지컬 넘버, 대중가요 등을 넘나드는 레퍼토리로 주말 나들이객들에게 힐링을 선사하며 황톳길과 함께 계족산이 4회 연속 ‘한국관광 100선’에 선정되는데 결정적 역할을 했다.
이날 열리는 ‘정진옥 뮤직쇼’는 오페라와 뮤지컬, 가곡, 가요 등 그녀만의 다채로운 음악과 화려한 퍼포먼스를 집약했다.
테너 박영범·박명원·김호준, 바리톤 박민성·고성현·박천재, 피아노 박혁숙 등 맥키스오페라 단원들이 함께 무대를 꾸밀 예정이며, KBS <열린음악회> 등에서 활약하는 음악감독 오태형(드러머)이 이끄는 연주자들이 사운드를 풍성하게 채운다.
또 주목받는 안무가이자 현대무용가인 김용흠과 대전시립무용단의 수석무용수 이현수·서예린, 젊은 댄스팀 WS가 화려함을 더해줄 것으로 기대된다.
소프라노 정진옥은 “숲속음악회에서 보여주지 못했던 다양한 레퍼토리와 화려한 퍼포먼스로 지치지 않는 에너지와 넘치는 끼를 모두 선보이는 음악회가 될 것”이라고 말했다.
