이장우 국민의힘 대전시장 후보는 공식선거운동기간 첫 주말을 맞아 22일‘윤석열 대통령 약속의 장소’ 중구 으능정이거리에서 대규모 합동유세를 갖고 초반 기선제압에 나섰다.
이날 유세에는 동구 박희조, 중구 김광신, 서구 서철모, 유성구 진동규, 대덕구 최충규 등 5개 구청장 후보와 각 지역 시·구의원 후보들이 함께해 압도적 승리를 다짐했다.
양홍규 대전시당 위원장과 이은권 전 윤석열 선대위 대전총괄선대위원장, 정용기 전 국회의원도 참석해 “대선 정권교체에 이어 압도적 시정교체를 위해 이장우 후보와 국민의힘 후보들을 선택해 달라”고 힘을 실었다.
