[브레이크뉴스=이성용기자] 창원특례시는 작년부터 강화된 안전관련 법령과 시설물 전기안전 관리에 대한 사회적 요구에 부응하고자, 전기직 공무원을 대상으로 현장실무 교육을 실시했다고 24일 밝혔다.
올해 교육은 5월 ~ 7월에 걸쳐 초·중급 과정이 심도 있게 편성됐으며, 최신 시설을 갖춘 한국폴리텍대학교 창원캠퍼스 스마트전기과 교수들의 지도와 수강생들의 높은 학습 의지에 따라 맞춤형 전문교육으로 진행됐다.
한국폴리텍대학 창원캠퍼스 스마트전기과 서진우 학과장은 신규 공무원들을 대상으로 5월 24일~ 25일 양일 간 진행된 수업 현장에서 “적극적으로 배우고 실습에 참여해서 업무에 활용하길 바라며, 캠퍼스 내에서의 수업뿐만 아니라 업무 수행 중에도 궁금한 점이 생기면 언제든지 찾아오라”는 적극적 지원 의지를 내비쳤다.
심동섭 인사조직과장은 “시민의 생활과 밀접한 시 시설물을 관리하는 기술직 공무원들의 전문성과 업무역량 강화의 중요성을 강조하면서 향후 다양한 분야에서 직무심화 교육을 꾸준히 제공해 나갈 계획이다”고 밝혔다.
