장종태 더불어민주당 대전 서구청장이 국민의힘 서철모 후보의 과도한 부동산 문제를 집중 추궁했다.
장종태 후보와 서철모 후보는 25일 대전MBC 1층 공개홀에서 열린 서구청장 후보 초청토론회에서 부동산 문제 등을 놓고 공방을 벌였다.
장종태 후보는 2번의 주도권 토론에서 서철모 후보가 본인 명의의 아파트 등 소유하거나 전세권이 있는 부동산이 무려 5채라며 과도한 부동산 문제를 지적했다.
장종태 후보는 “신고된 자료를 보면 본인 명의의 서울 아파트, 경기도 의왕시 아파트 전세권, 배우자 소유의 상가 2채, 아들 명의의 아파트 전세권 등 소유하거나 전세권이 있는 부동산이 무려 5채”라며 “공시지가로 28억여 원, 실거래가로 40억 규모”라고 꼬집었다.

장종태 후보는 “지난번 TV토론회에서 장남의 전셋집도 서 후보가 1억 원을 증여해줬고, 2억 원은 친지에게 빌려서 아들이 갚고 있다고 밝혔다”며 “그 말이 맞으면 재산신고서 상에서 ‘장남의 사인 간 채무가 2억’이어야 맞는데 1억으로만 신고가 돼 있다”고 의문을 제기했다.
