[브레이크뉴스=이성용기자] 경상남도는 31일부터 ‘청년·신혼부부 전세보증금 반환보증 보증료 지원사업’ 신청 시 제출하는 서류를 행정정보 공동이용 활용으로 대폭 간소화해 도민불편 개선에 나선다고 밝혔다.
이에 경남도는 신청인의 제출서류 준비 시간과 비용부담을 덜어주기 위해 행정안전부로부터 행정정보 공동이용 사무로 승인을 받아 각종 구비서류를 업무담당자가 온라인으로 직접 확인할 수 있게 했다.
이로써 5월 31일부터는 사업신청 시 전세보증금 반환보증 보증서 사본, 신청인 통장 및 신분증 사본, 지방세 세목별 과세증명서, 기혼자일 경우 혼인관계증명서로 최대 4종만 제출하면 된다.
경남도는 이번 제출서류 간소화를 통해 서류준비에 필요한 시간과 비용부담을 크게 줄이고, 신청인의 구비서류 발급절차의 번거로움을 해소하여 사업신청도 증가할 것으로 기대하고 있다.
신청대상은 주택면적에 관계없이 전세보증금 2억 원 이하 임대차 계약을 체결하여 전세보증금 반환보증 가입기관에 반환보증을 가입한 기준중위소득 180% 이하의 무주택 청년·신혼부부이다. 청년은 만 19세에서 만 39세 이하이고, 신혼부부는 혼인기간 7년 이내 부부로 나이는 무관하다.
