[브레이크뉴스=이성용기자] 경상남도는 정부 국정과제에 포함된 ‘항공우주청 사천 설치’의 조속하고 성공적인 이행을 위해 ‘항공우주청 사천 설치 실무 특별팀(TF)’을 구성하고 31일 사천시청에서 첫 회의를 가졌다고 밝혔다.
이는 지난 18일 경남도와 사천시가 ‘항공우주청 설치 준비 회의’ 과정에서 ‘항공우주청 설립지원 특별팀’ 구성을 논의한 후 신속한 후속조치를 취한 것이다.
특별팀은 경남도, 사천시를 포함하여 경상국립대학교, 한국폴리텍대학항공캠퍼스, 경남테크노파크, 경남연구원, 한국산업기술시험원, 한국항공우주산업진흥협회, 한국토지주택공사, 한국산업단지공단 경남지역본부, 사천상공회의소, 한국항공우주산업(주) 등 13개 기관의 전문가 21명으로 구성됐다.
특별팀은 항공우주청이 사천에 성공적으로 설치될 수 있도록 지역 차원에서의 준비사항 및 지원시책을 발굴하는 역할을 담당하게 되며, 실행력 제고를 위해 4개 전문분과로 나눠 운영된다.
이번 회의에서는 경남도와 사천시가 사전 검토한 관련 법령과 행정절차, 유사기관 설치 사례를 공유하고 청사의 입지, 향후 정주여건 개선방안 등 항공우주청 설치 준비를 위한 전반적 사항에 대해 논의했다.
