코레일테크 노사가 31일 대전 본사 대회의실에서 ‘2022년 제1차 임금교섭 상견례’를 가졌다.

이날 교섭에는 임재익 대표이사를 비롯해 한국공공사회산업노동조합 김현중 위원장과 철도서비스노동조합 김용복 위원장 등 노사 양측 각 8명의 교섭위원들이 참석했다.

노사는 이날 단체교섭 절차와 운영 등 향후 교섭에 필요한 사항을 협의했으며, 향후 실무 교섭을 통해 노사 합의를 이어나갈 예정이다.

임재익 대표이사는 “금년도 임금교섭에 성실히 임하며, 근로자의 처우개선 등 바람직한 노사문화 정착을 위해 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.

[KORAIL TECH held the first wage bargaining meeting between labor and management]

The labor and management of KORAIL TECH held the '2022 first wage negotiation meeting' at the Daejeon head office conference room on the 31st.
