유근호 시설사업국장 등 행복청 방문단 일행이 지난 9일 몽골 울란바토르 건설도시개발부를 방문해 행정중심복합도시 건설 경험을 공유했다.
11일 행정중심복합도시 건설청에 따르면 이번 방문은 몽골 건설도시개발부 장관의 초청에 따라 이루어졌다.
방문단 일행은 건설도시개발부 관계자를 대상으로 행복도시의 도시계획 및 사업추진 체계 등을 발표하고, 뭉크바토르(Munkhbaatar) 건설부 장관을 면담하고 양 기관의 구체적인 협력 방안을 논의했다.
또, 쿠시그밸리 건설예정지 인근의 줌머드(Zuunmod City)시를 방문해 사란제럴(Sarangerel) 시장을 면담하고 신도시 개발 계획 등을 협의했다.
몽골은 수도 울란바토르의 도시문제 해결을 위해 정부기관 이전을 포함하는 행정도시인 쿠시그밸리(Khushig Valley)의 건설을 계획 중이다.
앞서 지난 2월과 5월에 건설도시개발부 고위급 관계자가 행복도시를 방문해 건설 현황을 살펴봤다.
