충남도의회 교육위원회(위원장 조철기)는 13일부터 14일까지 이틀간 2021회계연도 충남도교육비특별회계 결산 승인의 건 및 예비비 지출 승인의 건, 기금 결산 승인의 건 등을 심사했다.
2021회계연도 도교육청 예산 현액은 4조 3900억 원으로 전년도 4조 163억 원 대비 3737억 원 증가한 규모다. 지출액은 4조 2509억 원으로 예산 현액 대비 96.8%가 집행됐다.
심사 기간 위원들은 예산편성 당시 치밀하지 못한 사업계획 수립, 예산 산출근거 부족 등 일부 예산이 부진한 집행률을 보이고 있다고 지적하며 향후 이러한 사례가 재발하지 않도록 철저한 사업계획 수립을 주문했다.
