부일콘텐츠측은 최근 보도자료에서 “달콤하고 살콤한 미술계의 이야기인 달콤살콤 시즌2의 촬영분이 모두 끝나고 6월1일 연남동 배드보스 컴퍼니에서 제작발표회를 열었다. 시즌1에 이어 또 다른 스케일과 확장된 스토리로 계속 연결 되어나가는 시즌2는 더욱 재미를 가미하고 있다. 달콤살콤한 명탐정 연기를 멋들어지게 표현하고 있는 배우 김명호는 이번 작품을 통해 배우로서의 자리메김을 하는 발판이 되고 있다고 각 계층에서는 말하고 있다”고 전하고 “김명호는 모델활동 을 시작으로 연기자 생활을 시작한 배우로서는 신인이지만 이번 달콤살콤에 당당하게 주연으로 캐스팅 되었다. 이번작품에서는 특히 연기파 배우 정의갑의 또다른 매력을 만날수 있을것이며 전세용 배우의 연기와 소프라노 가수 안젤라강과 팝페라 가수 씨클라인 윤예원의 도전적인 연기도 기대감을 주고 있다”고 소개했다.

이어 “안젤라강의 큐레이터역은 고이그림이 공들여서 만든 캐릭터로 달콤살콤 시리즈의 전반적인 방향 전환의 열쇄를 쥐고 있다 큐레이터의 의상부터 자세그리고 도도함까지 역할에 스며들어 살콤한 비밀을 열어줄 예정이다. 이날 두 사람의 화려한 공연으로 시작된 제작발표회는 많은 사람들의 환호를 받으면서 무사이 치러졌다. 명화 속 작품들과 한국 아티스트들의 작품이 연관 되면서 교묘하게 그림속 비밀을 풀어나가는 명탐정, 그리고 동생을 잃은 슬픔을 연기하는 더씨야의 전멤버 송민경 그 두 주인공의 만남과 로맨스가 화면 곳곳을 가득채우는 아름다운 미술품 만큼이나 설레임을 가져다 줄 것”이라고 설명했다,
달콤살콤 시즌2 제작발표회는 출연진 전원이 참석했다. 취재 기자들과 아티스트들이 자리를 가득 메운 가운데 팝페라와 성악의 멋진 공연과 6월 첫날밤을 빛냈다. 그 자리에서는 앞으로 다가올 시즌3 의 비밀스러운 스토리를 공개하는 시간도 가지면서 흥미를 더욱 유발시켰다.
달콤살콤 시리즈는 부일콘텐츠에서 제작하고 있으며 실제 큐레이터인 고이그림이 미술감독겸 프로듀서로 제작에 합류 했으며 강영만 감독이 연출을 맡고 있다. 달콤살콤 시즌2는 6월말에 완성되어 우선 국제영화제에 출품할 예정이고 방송 편성 라인쪽에서도 주목을 받고 있다.
