브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 우상호 더불어민주당 비상대책위원장은 15일 검찰의 '산업통상자원부 블랙리스트 의혹' 수사와 관련 "모두의 예상대로 윤석열 정권이 최측근 한동훈 법무부 장관을 임명해 보복수사를 개시했다"고 주장했다.
우상호 위원장은 이날 국회 비대위 회의 및 긴급 기자간담회를 통해 "이명박 정부 때에도 정치보복 수사가 있었다. 그러나 이런 정치보복 수사는 반드시 실패하고 정권의 몰락을 가져온다"며 이같이 밝혔다.
그는 "인사에 관한 문제에서 문재인 전 대통령까지 수사가 안 간다는 보장이 있느냐"며 "박상혁 의원이 청와대 인사수석실 행정관으로 있으며 했던 일들을 언론 보도에서도 다루고 있지만 여기서 그치지 않고 윗선으로 번질 거라 예고하고 있다. 그 윗선은 어디까지냐. 이 책임은 누가 지냐"고 격분했다.
검찰이 백운규 전 산업부 장관에 대해 구속영장을 청구한 데 이어 박상혁 의원이 청와대 인사수석실 행정관으로 근무 시절 산하기관장 사퇴 종용에 개입했다는 의혹이 있다며 수사에 들어가자, 결국 문재인 전 대통령까지 염두에 둔 '보복 수사'가 아니냐는 주장이다.
우상호 위원장은 "윤석열 정권 본인들도 문재인 정부에서 임명한 임기제 공무원을 '알박기'라고 하거나 그만두라고 종용하고 있지 않느냐"며 "이 문제는 사법기관에 맡겨서 정리할 문제가 아니잖냐. 이걸 수사에 들어가겠다는 게 정치보복 프레임 아니냐"고 거듭 비판했다.
그러면서 "대통령 임기가 끝나는 즉시 임기제 공무원도 그에 맞춰 임기를 종료시키고 그 다음 정부 들어설 때도 그 다음 정부 생각과 철학을 정책 구현할 분이 산하기관장 되는 게 맞다"며 "이런건 제도개선 사항이지 이게 왜 사법처리 대상이냐"고 지적했다.
그는 또한 한동훈 장관에 대해서도 "윤석열 정부는 한동훈 장관을 통해 전 정권 보복수사를 하고 법원까지 장악하겠다는 구도를 기획하고 있는 것인가"라며 "법무부 장관과 현직 검사가 판사의 인사검증을 한다니 정말 웃긴 현실이다. 기소권을 쥔 검사가 판결을 하는 판사의 인사검증을 하는 게 온당한가. 이런 이해가 가지 않는 시스템은 반드시 바로잡아야 한다"고 강조했다.

Woo Sang-ho, chairman of the Democratic Party of Korea's emergency committee, claimed on the 15th that the prosecution's investigation into the alleged blacklist of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, "As everyone expected, the Yoon Seok-yeol regime appointed its closest Justice Minister Han Dong-hoon to launch a retaliatory investigation."
Chairman Woo Sang-ho said in a meeting of the National Assembly's emergency committee and an emergency press conference, "Even during the Lee Myung Bak government, there was a political retaliation investigation. However, such a political retaliation investigation will fail and bring about the fall of the regime," he said.
"Is there any guarantee that former President Moon Jae In will not be investigated in personnel matters?" he said. "Park Sang-hyuk is an administrator of the Blue House's senior presidential office for personnel affairs and deals with what he did in media reports, but it predicts that it will spread to the upper ranks." How far is the upper line? Who is responsible for this?" he said with fury.
Following the prosecution's request for an arrest warrant for former Minister of Industry Baek Un-kyu, Park Sang-hyuk was suspected of intervening in the resignation of the head of an affiliated organization while working as an administrator of the Blue House's personnel affairs office.
Chairman Woo Sang-ho said, "The Yoon Seok-yeol administration itself is urging the Moon Jae In government to call a term-based civil servant a 'tackle' or quit," adding, "This is not a matter of leaving it to law enforcement agencies to sort it out." Isn't it a political revenge frame to go into the investigation?" he repeatedly criticized.
"As soon as the president's term ends, it is right for a term-based public official to end his term accordingly, and when he enters the government, the person who will implement the next government's thoughts and philosophy should be the head of the agency," he said.
Regarding Minister Han Dong-hoon, he also said, "Is Yoon Seok-yeol's government planning a retaliatory investigation of the former regime through Minister Han Dong-hoon and taking control of the court?" "It is a funny reality that the Minister of Justice and the incumbent prosecutor are checking the personnel of judges. Is it appropriate for a prosecutor with the right to indict to conduct personnel verification of a judge who makes a ruling? Such an incomprehensible system must be corrected," he stressed.
